Hey everyone, just a question regarding opening your third eye ...
I started the meditation to open my third eye around two days ago
and since then Ive been getting a feeling of pressure
above my right eye and another weaker pressure
in the center of my forehead.
I read on the JOS site that you should feel a pressure
and that it's a positive sign
but since the majority of the pressure
is not in the center of my forehead,
did I not properly align the chakra or something or is it fine?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks all.
