I notice on the site you will see swirling colors, etc. when this is open..Well I believe mine is open and has been, but I still have never seen any colors, but do feel energy there...more practice and the colors will come? And what exactly are the colors they are referring to? Light from the astral?

When I am focused I see colors when my eyes are open and closed. Just keep meditating on your third and and sixth chakra. Colors can be anything, auras, energy just swirling around or seeing colors when your eyes are closed which shows your third eye is becoming more open and starting to really activate. If you really want to start opening your third eye then breathe in energy into it,Solar energy being very powerful. You will get great results.
