There is no pacts. Read www.joyofsatan.org and you will find out that there is no reason to fear Satan. And yes the dedication ritual is permanent.

There is no real reason to be scared, he is our Creator God and he watches after all of his own. Satan cannot take away your fear, that is all up to you BUT He gives us the best reason not to Fear, because he is there for us and will ALWAYS be, so long as we are dedicated to him. Also , when we consistently power meditate we learn how to control our feelings and emotions rather than our feelings control us.

Dedicating your soul is as real and personal as it gets, so you should think long and hard and look within to make sure you are 100% serious before you do the ritual. I know I can say, and Im sure any other True Satanist can vouche for me, that dedicating my soul to Father Satan has been the best decision I have made in my life

You actually dedicate your soul to him. This name of the ritual defines it perfectly. Because you actually dedicate your life to him. Now don't be fooled! Satan by no means wants us to slavishly worship him. But yes, we fight for him, meditate, doing Yoga. In return we get protection, and much love!
