they're trying to repeal so called "shoot first" laws

in florida, a kid got shot, named trayvon something. I just got an e-mail from this site that sends me petitions mostly about animal cruelty or poisons in our food, using said shooting to try and repeal the stand your ground law. as far as I remember, this law makes it so if you think someone is going to commit a violent felony against you or another, you can put a bullet in their head. like if your a girl walking down a back alley who gets approached by a bunch of gang bangers, this makes it so you can pull out your gun and shoot them if you think they're going to try and rape you.
shit pisses me off.

They make examples out of such cases to showcase in the media and fool people into thinking guns have no purpose in our day and age and that we should rid ourselves of them. People whose ability to critically think fall into these traps.
2nd amendment anyone?
The true reason is that when communism is instituted onto America, we have no way to fight back, or at the least, we are under-armed against the forces that are meant to serve and protect us but instead serve and protect the parasitic human forgeries that have over-run the system meant to ensure our freedoms and happiness.

So, technically all gun laws are null and void....but until the Nation realizes this...
