So this book talks about other aliens visiting Earth and i read once here that there have been different types of aliens too visit Earth,so are the Sirus aliens real or just complete bullshit?

Yes not aliens like those weird greys :O they are supernatural beings who come from duat in the orion constellation who have a body as well. Duat is a physical and supernatural realm for the deceased and demons.
