The one minute cure - extensive information

Upon reading the one minute cure and its benefits it sounded to me like perhaps it has some truth but perhaps also not. The information in the book was one sided, has no references and words like 'kills cells' and 'kills only anaerobic bacteria' made me wonder, on which things it DOES have an effect after all.
Since the list was so huge it also made me think about it being something that affects the whole organism rather than being like a herbal medicin which mainly targets one part of the body and affects all cells due to lack of the additional compound which breaks down in the part of the body where it is needed.

Then I typed into google some things and I found this testimony from someone that used it to help arthritis like symptoms. In the comments it was said that it kills the bacteria in the intestines (which is NOT mentioned in the book. In fact it is said that it does not do any harm to these). Also it was mentioned that chronic use has caused some cases of stomach cancer in a few people.

Fact is, E-Coli IS an anaerobic bacteria and it DOES live in the intestines (where it does absolutely no harm. It is in other places of the body that it does harm) along with other anaerobic bacteria. If you think about it those bacteria are not connected to the blood so they won't get an oxygen supply by themselves.

Now, it is important to be truly educated about those things and I have been thinking about this for a while.

There are anatomical things and stuff one has never heard of and it takes significant amount of knowledge to fish out what is true and what is not. Educations that sound solid leave parts out. They tell all about one thing but do not touch the underlying themes. To truly and really understand one must know all things. This has led me to the thought about posting articles which I will write myself to explain anatomical things regarding the body systems.

To know the truth you must know the whole story. Pro's  and con's. Then pick which sounds the most logical to you.

'Good food is wisdom'

Most issues can be treated and bettered just by changing your diet pattern to more healthy and balanced food. Not everyone's body can take one kind of food as well as another. For example, some people can eat lots of fat foods and not have a problem. Some can not digest raw food very well, like carrots in example. They'd shit those carrot pieces right out again. To me I have it with corn. I eat it on a pizza sometimes but I can not digest it.

My point being, people only know half of the story, only half of the story is published often without good resource or studies to prove those things.

Knowledge is power and ultimately leads to wisdom through life experiences. Do not turn away from it. Embrace it.

I agree with a lot of what you are saying. The problem I have with the idea that H2O2 kills anaerobic bacteria is that it must also promote aerobic bacteria...

Here are some deadly strains of aerobic bacteria:

Myobacterium tuberculosis responsible for tuberculosis.

Chlamydia bacterial species,

Legionella species (Legionnaires disease)

Rickettsia species

Bordetella Pertussis (Whooping Cough)

There are many more.

In regards to corn not being digested, this is common to all humans since we lack the enzymes to digest cellulose which corn is mostly made from. That's not to say that corn does not have effect and benefit to the body but it's physical shape does not change much upon passing the digestive system.

Yes, understandable, I also think there is even more to this than what I typed and what you added. So if anyone knows additions it'd be helpful, considering they are checked if they are true or not though.

Centralforce, I am interested on which parts you do not agree with my first message. Maybe I learn something new :) So would you mind telling?

I should have said I agree with your post wholly... it is based on sound logic and understanding rather than simply reciting an author's (usually poorly educated) words.

Corn is useful as a) fibre and b) some parts within the husk are actually digested and have a diuretic effect on the body. The fact that it looks similar to its original form after passing is purely due to the cellulose that makes up the husk but doesn't mean it damages or isn't good for certain people especially those who are overweight and could stand to not digest some of the things they put in their mouths.

ah okay :) well it is good to hear that. I am looking forward to type up more informative topics :)

As always additions and questions are welcome
