Infernal Greetings!
I was wondering if others on this site are fans of the "Missa Solemnis" as written by Wayne F. West in 1970.
In my opinion, it is the greatest Black Mass ever written. For those who have not yet read it, it incorporates homages to Lord Satan, blasphemy against the crucified pig, sexuality and Latin verses. It is all done in the most dignified and majestic manner as well.
Mr. West was a former catholic priest who thoroughly renounced that nonsense and joined the COS. LaVey later kicked him out over a petty squabble and essentially STOLE the 'Missa Solemnis', turning it into the bastardizsed 'Original Psychodrama' in his rituals book.
Diabolus Vobiscum!
