So, I'm 14 years old and just did the MerKaBa meditation. I feel a lot stronger than before, and I was wondering how frequently I should do the MerKaBa?

<td val[/IMG]I did it for 23 days in a row,but I think you are suppose to try to do it 30 days.You are right!It is very powerful.You can feel the effects for many hours after.Best of luck!!!!
