I have a question about this connection with someone. I was not aware that our sacral chakras can create links to others and I also realize that in the process of the link if you have a hang up like repeating cycle of rejection in sexual relationships ... that can keep you trapped. Believe me I am there and working on that at the moment. But my question is. Is it also possible to connect to someone with just physical touch? I ask because I felt a strong connection form with a person I work with and I was not expecting that either and even with sex, I felt the link in my sacral and my heart chakras.

These are actual astral links. Interpersonal connections. And they will persist through years and even lifetimes if not willingly removed. This is why people can feel an attraction to their exes which might be totally toxic people and it makes no sense logically and they know it and yet people still can feel attracted. Anyway by itself its not harmful normally, normally meaning IF the people involved are healthy spiritually. It's even supposed to be a positive thing because it allows you to reconnect with people you love.. This is why we can feel very attracted to our Gods from childhood without even knowing consciously anymore who they are. It comes from having been a pagan in the past.
A meaningless physical touch itself (let's say you were in public transportation and your arm touched a random shoulder or something) won't create such a link.
