I am reading the best book that all Satanists might want to read, William Bramley's "The Gods of Eden." I believe that book has been quoted on the JOS website, but it is best to just get a copy and read it for yourself. I had been wanting to find a tarot card deck that had to do with the fallen angels--I thought I'd found one, but Satan showed me one of the author's books at the bookstore and from page one she was like, "God this, Jesus that"--no thanks! So I took it Satan showed me that book so I wouldn't waste time or money on her work. Then, the same bookstore visit, I found the Gods of Eden book and now I know Satan put that book out there for me to find--it is normally a book people like to keep so it's hard to find a used copy (I was in a used bookstore) but suddenly there it was. I have been reading it non-stop for hours and mean to not stop until I finish, it is that intriguing. And the author backs up what Zecharia Sitchin said about the "ancient astronaut theory." It explains among other things, how the word "Satan" got connected with Ea/Enki, which I'd been wondering. Buy it today--you will be glad you did as it will clear up so many things about Ea/Enki/Satan and our very existence...things all Satanists need to know.

The parts about Enki being Satan and other things are good, but later it talks about the jeezus idiot and becomes stupid. And it does a good job on describing Hitler's involvement on the occult and dealings with Et's but the author is deluded, he believes the holohoax happened and Hitler wanted to kill all non-aryans. I agree with that statement daitsun99, it is definitely a book of deception, the author is deluded as well. Books like that are the perfect example how the enemy tries to mislead or coerce us true satanist believers away from the truth.

You're right--you DO have to read between the lines in some of the book, and the "Jesus" part I kept shaking my head--even though he thinks Jesus was just "unfortunate" he still believes he existed. I have not got to the Hitler part yet. I still though, think that he does such a superb job of telling the story, the TRUE story of Ea's relationship with humans, it is worth reading the book...

ANY of those kinds of writings have to be read from a Satanic perspective, discarding the nonsense and digesting the rest with a very skeptical eye, but they are often worth the effort. It's annoying that one may have to read a whole book to glean ONE piece of useful or accurate information but in this world, that's the way it is.

I read that book ages ago when I had a hard copy; now I just have the downloaded one & I'll go through it again bit by bit (it gets hard on the eyes after a while).

Joann did you even read the book? Like Daitsun said, the part about Enki being Satan is GOOD. It made a connection for me that I had not understood before. Much of the rest of the book is right too, I don't think he intends to mislead anyone...you just have to "read between the lines" in some parts but that doesn't mean throwing out the baby with the bath water.

As a word of warning, there is a "Spiritual Satanism" forum; however it is run by teenage Joy of Satan bashers, all of whom have no knowledge or Spiritual Power, but proclaim themselves to know the "truth", they spend 90% of their time spreading lies and rumors about the Joy of Satan and plagiarizing High Priestess Maxine Dietrich's work.

And as for the book by William Bramley, it is on the reading list, however High Priestess Maxine Dietrich clearly states "Bramley soft soaps the nazarene, but the over all book is good reading material."

All books need to be read from a Satanic Perspective, due to the fact that all books at some point or another contain misconceptions, falsities, half-truths and blatant corruptions. As Spiritual Satanist we must take all we need and leave behind the rest.

Actually, I was responding based on to the detail that you said was in that book.  I really was trying to say that it is straddling the fence, so to speak. I suppose I was thinking faster than I was typing. LOL  Although, the book has great information in it about enki, It also has false information in it as well. I was thinking well, since the entire book is NOT about the goodness of enki's power and  greatness, it is not worth it.  that's only my opinion and we all are entitled to that, right!

I read that book ages ago when I had a hard copy; now I just have the downloaded one & I'll go through it again bit by bit (it gets hard on the eyes after a while).

I have not got to the Hitler part yet. I still though, think that he does such a superb job of telling the story, the TRUE story of Ea's relationship with humans, it is worth reading the book...

I believe that book has been quoted on the JOS website, but it is best to just get a copy and read it for yourself.
