You don't hear of two demons or entities with the same name. The GODS are individually unique. A God may have different names though.

Note: In the goetia by mathers, theres BAEL but no beelzebub , a B is the second letter and i've seen the sigil of beelezebub somewhere else which shows they're the same demon.e

Each name has unique energy and spiritual applications and represents something unique about the God. Idk if these names are chosen by the God's or people in the culture call the God's by these names.
