I have tried uploading my theme to tumblr but unfortunately it does not support it, I tried other sites as well but the site designing program I'm using does not allow exports of any formats except Blogger and Wordpress (as far as I'm aware, Wordpress does not allow you to upload a custom theme unless you buy a Domain from them).
