The Five Tibetans

In Astaroth's Eight-Fold path, it says that Asanas are needed to help strengthen the physical self and gives flexibility so the Serpent can rise safely. One of the Asanas mentioned are the Five Tibetans. I'm curious if preforming the Five Tibetans solely every day will be enough to facilitate safe ascension for my Serpent?

No its not enough, but its good for energy, so its good to do in the morning. You need a steady meditation program along with yoga either hatha or kundalini proably a mixture between the two would be best, and breathing exercises.

Okay, thanks for the info. I'll look up some Hatha routines, and once I become proficient in it, I'll add in some Kundalini.
