With a lot of happiness I announce to you the first major step in evolving ourselves and our Gods, forward. We are moving into a new era and cycle with the JoS and we are henceforth to be named, Temple of Zeus.

So if somebody doesn't understand, yes, Satan and Baalzebul are two name for ONE entity, person, being, God. They are not two different Gods. Yes this is contradictory to what we believed until now it took me a hard minute also but JG Alexandros Iowno explained it clearly. God is one being and he is named Satan, Zeus, Beelzebul, Wotan, etc.

No allegories here, or anything, it is as said.
However, Satan and Zeus are two aspects of God, they are not separate entities but separate aspects, just as we all know well, Gods have multiple aspects in pantheons.
Now it turns out that Satan and Zeus are two aspects of one being.
Zeus represents the material world, domain. And Satan represents the ethereal world, domain.
And yes we have seperate rituals for this two aspect.

Personally, I thought Satanism stemmed from the mystery cults that were passed on clandestinely to the present day through various organizations such as Freemasonry before it came under attack, rather than the way you describe it, i.e. Christian priests who stepped outside official dogma.

But I agree with you that this new context is better suited to the present times. The important thing is to retain the essence of the original Satanism, namely direct contact with the gods.

I also hope that I'll soon be able to get out of my material situation and help out.

Will the domain name change for the translated websites?

It has always been my hope that humanity takes the steps they need to get closer to the Gods. As a result There will be things understood better as time goes on. This however raises a lot of questions for me and things I am curious for clarification on. For one thing, this sermon speaks of the goetia as enemy corruption in general about the Gods. What of their sigils? These have always been very special to us and we have been told never ever to put them in circles as it shows great disrespect. Speaking of which, if we are to understand Satan and Baalzebul to be the same being, what does this say for their different sigils?

Secondly given the above stated, what of certain standard rituals, such as invoking the crowned princes? is there only 3 now? If JOS, now Temple of Zeus in the beginning started out with what little information that was given and could be found, with some corrupted, what does it say about certain rituals that are rooted in satanism that was based on at first seeing two different beings ect? It is clear that how we are to evolve and empower ourselves and reach to the Gods has not changed and that we all want that to become more clear on how to do. My questions however ask what does this change and others mean for other things? Will certain rituals be different, or be gone even? We also to my knowlege still have rituals for both Satan And Baalzebul as well. Please clarify as I am eager to learn more about the details. Thank you!

In the last 20 years ,till Pythia the original founder of Joy of Satan was there ,she never got such revelation to change the name and font to the current name .The original founder of Joy of Satan who freed the gods and who was in direct contact with the gods never was told by the gods to do this .All of a sudden she is gone and so many changes have happened since then .First change the name from Satan to satanas and then to Zeus .hmm ..Shaking my head

You state here that she is a 20+ year Zevism and HPS, yet you believe a lie that she was somehow pushed out of ToZ, at the height of her power, and by the same person she had worked with and taught for years?

Of course there will be changes as ToZ grows, all of which were already explained here in full detail. Please continue to ignore all the good changes, too, including redesigned forums and websites, new Outreach platform and live Temple, direct rituals to the Gods, continuous sermons, elevation of JG's and others into established positions, and so on.

In your previous posts, you mentioned that when we need to introduce our faith, we should say "I believe in Zeus and Satya." I realized that I have been doing something quite similar; I am Turkish, and when asked about my faith in daily life, I say "I believe in Tengri." 'Tengri' is the ancient Turkic name for 'Zeus' or 'Dyeus Pater.'

What I would like to ask is: instead of saying "I believe in Zeus," is it acceptable for people to say things like "I believe in Tengri," "I believe in Thor and Odin," etc., indicating that they believe in the chief god of their own ancient culture, just as I have done in the past? Or is it necessary to specifically use the name 'Zeus'?

Technical question, not for AMA; what does theme toggle do? For me nothing happens (I assume it is supposed to switch between dark/light theme)?
