Telekinesis is very advanced, I think you should attempt it when you have all your chakras and knots opened, when you circulate energy perfectly (from any part of body to hands) and also I think you should see your aura perfectly (including color/colors, elements, also knowing were exactly ends), contract and expand aura at will, and you should also astral project with ease, go deep trance with ease...
In the begining I was attepting this meditation and was wasting a lot of time, so I put some conditions before trying to do it again (and I'm still no were near that conditions)... since you really need to be powerful!
