Don't know about the 7-10 years time (I'm guessing there's a possibility Azazel only meant this for HP Shannon specifically) but if that's any accurate.. well, that'd be great (yes, for a Zevism doing a rigid meditation program).

I fully agree with the Final Ritual making it easier to evolve.
Having felt its power (or perhaps, its 'power to eliminate what holds our power back' more like, meaning that without the Yehuborim shit we would be able to advance so much faster and without much effort) I know for a fact that it's the real deal here. Today I didn't get visions of gods after my Rituals but I got a sudden thought that explained in a very visual example how one could use multiple Elements (even opposite in Nature), and during the entire Ritual my chakras were doing something, kind of vibrating, empowering themselves. Too bad we can't do Ritual in our sleep, and that we do need to sleep too of course. (I found myself wondering about starting an Ritual in a lucid dream... all in due time, though. Can't run before I crawl.)

Some months ago I found out how much I'm adding to the soul longevity by a type of meditation or state with exact number of years. But still ...imo the one who really wants and does the siddhis won't care about the number of years it takes..so I don't get the focus on time on this really and also everything it's a byproduct of advancement. No one is lucky, they just worked on past lives. Some souls also have ties with other powerful souls hundreds and thousands of years in the past and the connection is revealed by meditation.

It all depends on your level and amount of effort you're putting into it. If you undertrain, it'll obviously take much longer; if you overtrain, the time dilates even more because you need to repair damage too; if you train just right, then you're following an optimal. As for what these values correspond to, that is highly individual. I think that estimate by the High Priestess relates to people who have an optimal training schedule and will keep an optimal schedule forever. That's all I have to say on the matter.

Take the advice of people here, telekinesis is not the most important thing and you most likely won't develop it for at least 3-5 years, do the 40 days program.
