Telekinesis - Understanding The Science Behind It

I want to share a few notions that became apparent to me after Brother Ghost in the Machine (kudos to you Brother ) has pointed them out in a previous post. This information has led me to a much better understanding of Telekinesis, so I want to make sure you all Brother and Sisters don't miss out on this as well.

The air element is utilized in telekinesis. You see the air element is a force. Electricity is created when the balancing force between protons and electrons is upset by an outside force (air) in which an atom may gain or lose an electron. When electrons are "lost" from an atom, the free movement of these electrons constitutes an electric current.

I had initially thought that the Earth Element (due to a previous experience with it and strong gravity) was the Element to go to in order to get a grip on how TK works. I was wrong.

Air is the Element that mostly has to do with Telekinesis.
Air is the key to creating electricity (Electrokinesis) as an effect of its mingling with atoms and moving electrons through them (look up how electricity works to have a clearer view of this natural phenomenon). The electric effect gives birth to this 'force' (which I find no better word for than 'polarity'). Once you apply this polarity on an object, it tends to act very similarly to a magnet (not just on metals but all kinds of matter, as it is not magnetic in nature but electromagnetic).

Then it's all about getting control of this 'force'. THAT force (polarity) is what I think is the key to learn Telekinesis and Air is the way to go to understand quicker how to manifest it and manipulate it.

Other than this, the exercises and meditations in the JoS do an excellent job at preparing one to get ready and practice to obtain this ability.

I can't stress this enough.
I found the Final RTR is THE best thing for a SS to do daily (as many times as you can!).

In my experience (as the Final RTR not only destroys jewish letters but REMOVES the jewish curse that's been constantly weighing us down and making things many times harder than they should have been), I think the RTR improves ANY magick working and meditation by AT LEAST 60-70%! This makes it, pretty much, almost granted that you'll notice some kind of effect.
I'm not going to say "do this and you'll master TK in a week" because I'd be lying, but THIS will definitely cut the total time by at least half, and give you much improved sensibility to any skills.

I do suggest you always use Void meditation after every Final RTR as it's the best moment to do it and when you're the most open for Father Satan and our Gods to contact you and give you hints and advice. I had plenty of success with this already, and I used to be completely oblivious to energy.

So, long story short:
Final RTR (Multiple) + Void meditation + Hand Chakras exercise + Foundation Meditation
should be your UNSKIPPABLE daily effort.

Add:
Telekinesis (webpage exercise) + Air Element
to improve your TK skills until you'll finally learn it.

Note: obviously go easy with the Air Element at first, if you're not used to it. And I do suggest to follow the TK path to those who have dominant Air Element in their natal charts, as I believe it will come more natural for them (all can learn it of course, but SOME things work better for SOME people, and it'll more than likely provide faster results).
