Teaching of the Gods

I was looking into the Gods on the JOS Ministry and I was viewing about the help from the gods page. It showed certain gods about teaching military. What I don't understand is why Halpas's name is among them being he is a patron of military soldiers and provides them with ammunition. Please explain this to me.
