Yes. Most eastern religions (along with western pagan religions) are compatable with Zevism. It's just the jewish religions that you want to watch out for (xtianity, judiasm, islam)

Definetely a Zevist is someone who can look at a religion or philosophy and be able to take out what is good and true trimming away the falsities and then applying them effective and blending them to suit your individuality.
