Imagine you are climbing down a ladder in the dark. Don’t visualize a ladder; just imagine you can feel yourself doing it. On the exhale, feel yourself climbing a step or two down the ladder. On the inhale, feel yourself holding still on the ladder.

i have been deep meditating for quite some time i get very relaxed and i can do the breath 6 6 6 very comfortably however that's it i never get any deeper your mind still awake like when your body fall asleep only one time where i felt extreme dizziness and disorientation i don't follow exactly whats in the website i only try focusing on nothing like mediation ,the thing is i don't understand how im supposed to imagine something but no not visualizing it just feel it
anyways if anyone has some other method i realll aooreciate it
