Hey guys, Mikki here. Today in gym, we were playing hockey and, well, someone tripped me. I slid a couple of feet and got a nasty floor burn on my knee. It's pretty big and hurts terribly. I can hardly bend my leg and even hurts when I'm just sitting (not moving). My parents want me to take Tylenol (acetaminophen) but I overheard (here in one of the groups) that acetaminophen is not healthy and hurts your liver.

What can I do to help heal myself faster and get rid of the pain? It's pretty bad and very touchy; I can't touch it without feeling fierce pain.

Yes, whilst some elements are better at healing than other. Obviously one would not use the element of Fire to heal a burn wound, or something similar.
Water will help with this greatly. Make sure you are taking physical care of the injury too, that is applying cold water to the burn, and or using burn creams. This goes with all injuries. Whilst using our spiritual knowledge to heal ourselves should be done, physical practices should not be neglected.

<td val[/IMG]Ok thanks! Mind if i take this question up a notch? I Guess the elements then can ease the sylptoms of deceases too? To be more precise my decease- i have rheumatism and wonder if i can use elements to help me here, ive asked about this before but got no answer so ill shoot again. Im not sure which element i should tie rheumatism to really but i got an idea: i got mars and Pluto in my first house and they are conjunct so theyre quite strong, and im fairly certain that mars is the element of Fire, and the deceases of mars includes inflammations and that corresponds to my decease very well. But i saw that the decease of Pluto includes rheumatism along others, but in order to know more i need to learn which element Pluto corresponds to, and this i Do not know. But i Think its the "higher octave" of mars if i remember correctly, but if it is then i surely got a overload of Fire element in me? But i Do not feel like a Fire-guy so to speak, which adds further confusion to this off-track hypothosis of mine. But lets say i am correct with my assumptions here, then invoking the element of water would prove to be beneficial right? Lol i also remember an relevant quote"assumption is the mother of all fuckups" so im not even sure im on the right track with this. And to add Another dilemma- i Do not know where the "root" of the decease is being held, i Do know that its my imune-system thats causing the trouble but it seems quite odd invoking the water element to my immune-system, im prepared to take the chance since i got nothing to lose,but would you say this would be an Good way to go about?
