That bullet goes 3,200 feet per second, so to capture the bullet on video, the frame rate of the video camera must be at least more than 3,200 frames per second, or else the bullet would have went past before anybody could see it.

There is no reason to use a 4,000 frames per second video camera which costs tens of thousands of dollars. When your computer screen and your television are only 40 to 60 frames per second. The fastest that it gets on some expensive video game computers is about 120 or 140 frames per second. So bringing a camera that does at least 4,000 frames per second recording is ridiculously unnecessary. The only possible thing this camera could be used for is to catch something that happens that fast, that no other camera would be able to see it.

He brought that camera because he knew before what would happen. And he wanted to get the picture of Trump's head at that exact moment.
