So I've been using the sun mantra for the last 2 days along with the mantra "sa-ta-na-sssssssssss" and immediately feel myself emitting heat and light.
I'm the sort who likes to experiment and blend different exercises together but I figured I'd mention this.
The sun mantra really is that powerful.
