I completed the Sun Square Spiritual mantra a few days ago, and man was it intense. At some point I thought I wouldn't be able to handle the amount of energy but kept going.
But what I realized is that I did two days too many that I needed to do.So somewhere in between I started doing incorrect number of vibrations. This is my fault for not keeping track of where I was at.
It was a very long way, but If this screws it all up I am prepared to do it all again.
So could anyone who has experience with the Kabalistic Squares help me please?
I would really appreciate it if the JOS ministry could help too.
