Summon Your Guardian?

As some have read, I am developing my abilities. I have been lazy some, and slack of in power meditations and other times do it with vigor. I have a guardian demoness, can I summon her to try and talk to her or is this unnecessary as she is with me? Would this be an insult? Thanks.
