Summertime changes?

Does the summer time changes the time for the meditations and rituals or must I let it the same time for all the year?
As for eg.: as I have to delay the clock in 1 hour due the summer time, then the planetary hours will also be 1 hour less it normaly is?

If you're using Chronos, it will usually change acording to daylight savings. This is an option of you have to tick.
