I think everyone should keep using the runes in Satanic meditation and the chakra exercises for sure. I remember complaining about how the Sumerian God-names didn't seem to be working for me. This isn't true anymore. These are VERY powerful names of VERY powerful male and female Demons.

No matter what you're using, whether it be runes, Sumerian or other God-names (as long as it's not Judeo-Christian-Islam because they don't have any real gods), the thing to do is if something is supposed to be felt in a specific chakra- you focus on that chakra. If you feel energy in the chest or throat when it's supposed to be felt in another region, you focus on that other region. Energy goes to where it is directed.
Also, I've found another Sumerian God that I don't think that anyone has ever heard of, but most everyone has heard the term before that is named after this Demon, though.
