I am interested in conducting a study here. This is important. For those of you who would like to participate- you can either e-mail me privately with your results or share them here.
The meditation: All at once: 1.      Fold your hands, but extend your little fingers at the ends and connect them, all the way down, the little fingers and the Mercury mounts of your palms should be solidly connected. 2.      Focus on your throat chakra and visualize it as a spinning blue vortex. 3.      Chant “NINGHIZHIDDA” You need to adjust your pitch to *feel* it in your throat chakra. Chant this with one long exhale. Niiiiiiihhhhhh-nnnnnnn-ggggg(hard G, like in the word “goat” zzzzz   hhhhhhhiiiiiiiiiii  dddaaaaahhhhh  Chant this 3 -4 times, while focusing on your throat chakra and holding the mudra with your hands.
Questions: 1.      Did you feel anything different from your ordinary meditations? 2.      If you felt anything different, what did you feel? 3.      How does your throat chakra feel? 4.      How does your throat chakra feel several hours after the meditation? A day later?  5.      Did you notice anything else unusual?
This study is important in recovering ancient knowledge.  Thank you to all of you who will participate.

*** It felt a lot stronger, although to me, the energy felt
strangely... wrong, is the only way i can put it unfortunately.


2.If you felt anything different, what did you feel?

*** The vibrations felt as though they were passing up all the way
along my spine along my Sushumna


3.How does your throat chakra feel?

*** It feels raw, like a patch of sunburnt skin, but this may only be
because of the energy involved.


4.How does your throat chakra feel several hours after the
meditation?

A day later?

5.Did you notice anything else unusual?

*** I had a rather strong headache for half an hour afterwards



This study is important in recovering ancient knowledge. Thank you

***I hope that helped, the negatove effects may only have been
because I may have been doing the meditation wrong, I do have a
rather hard time chanting 'g-g-g-g-g-g' for some reason.

***OPen and spinning with energy. Like charging it with the hand
chakras.


4.How does your throat chakra feel several hours after the

meditation?
***Burning and Spinning


A day later?
**still burning and spinning- but a litle less


5.Did you notice anything else unusual?

***The only chakra, besides the sixth, that shows intense "physical"
feeling when working with it. I still feel it now and i tried it
since sunday.

Thank you to those of you who did the exercise, posted, and wrote to me of your results. I studied the Necronomicon some years back and am now convinced opening the seven gates and the God names are for opening and empowering the chakras and other workings and contained in codes. The sigils are much like alchemical symbols and can be read if one has the knowledge- these make sense to me. Like so many writings, because of the persecution of our people- much regarding the occult and power was written in secret codes and hidden in-between meaningless writings and confused a bit so only those with the knowledge could understand. The numbers have to do with repetitions. Given the negative experiences some have had with this book I believe stems from thoughtforms created to frighten and deter those who seek occult knowledge. Those of us who have contacted the Gods via this book, most are dedicated Satanists as far as I know or on the LHP. Demons have been working with me in my studies of late of which Satan gave me two major projects he wants me to complete. Some info they gave me: The rune staves relate to the rod suit of the Tarot The rod suit and the rune staves are of the creative principle. The runes are an alphabet and an alphabet has the function of sound and breathing (chant and tone in workings) Sound is essential to many workings and the runes provide many different chants and the chants related to the meaning of the rune- like with astral projection can be used to facilitate or to create; for example: the Reidh Rune chant can be used for facilitating astral travel. The “TH” chant of the Thorr Rune can be used when applying a protective shield/aura. Different chants and breathing/vibrations can amplify invoking elements and directing them. Four-dimensional meditation is concentrating on the aspect of the soul you are working with, the energy, the sound from the chant and visualization all at the same time. This takes practice but is very powerful. Working with different aspect of the soul separately is very powerful, but you have to know what you are doing.
