I have not investigated the matter fully but yeah im quite familiar with
what you are talking about. It is quite awful - they take what is supposed
to be a perfectly good day and shit all over it.
IMHO im not sure its so much depopulation so much as geoengineering or
changing the chemical composition of the atmosphere to optimize it for some
other purpose - for exactly what i am not sure. At these altitutdes,
spraying chemicals to harm the population would be impossible to control -
times such as the vietnam war, when sprays like agent orange were used for
such purposes, they were sprayed much closer to the ground - if the
objective is depopulation, why not poison the water supply for half the
cost? Furthermore this spray would presumably hurt the very jews who are
spraying it since they breathe air as we do, and observation of this spray
and how it forms artificial clouds that stay afloat for long periods is
more consistent in my mind with some form of atmospheric modification than
with some sort of toxic spraying.
