Strange Headache after working on Crown Chakra

I have these weird headaches sometimes when I work on opening my crown chakra and activating my pineal gland, by using the vibration on the JoS site. Its a headache that comes from the back of my neck, and not exactly at the brain area, but where my spine and skull connect. I was wondering if anyone else had these kind of headaches when working on the crown.
 
I've had all kinds of headaches when working on chakras. Just keep meditating and working on these chakras.
But as Maxine says, when basically opening the chakras, don't do them more than four days in a row. Or
it will really be uncomfortable. There are other exercises for keeping them open, etc.

I get head aches too. And I get moody and have to lay down. And then I get wired dreams. That don't make sense.. lol so I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong?
