Stopping time.

Is it possible or me to be able to stop time in a immedinate area or on a specific person for awhile. If any of you have seen code geass r2, I basically been Rolo's power. If there is a way. How would I develope it?

I would have to agree with the last statement I tried to totally warp and change the reality inside of a room please don't do that the crap was kinda fun at first till everytime u walk into the room which me and my homies call the acid room basically I was trying to shift time uhmm yeah even people who don't know I did this shit tend to feel like they are walking on the celiing and we had some weird crap happen it cannot be banished and it can make your chakras not respond the list goes on but if you seriously wish to know how I did it email me personally I will try to remember how I did it this is at your own risk I hold the old saying responsibilty to be responsible don't over use this unless getting seriously messed up is kinda cool and no time won't stop it just gets really surreal u will open small rift to who knows where and yes if u see these tiny hairy furbball things close it quick it gets messy

I have actually been very interested in this for awhile aswell, But as far as i've research there is no way to stop time or manipulate time in any way, The only thing that could be possible is to go back or forward in time in a trance or something like that
