Hi family,
It feels so good to be doing 30 minutes of Hatha, and 30 minutes of power meditations,in the morning again.I am back to doing the full chakra meditation again.H P Maxing talks about on her guided meditation CD,that to relax, she recommends visualizing numbers. So I started doing that during my void meditation. It helps me a great deal, mainly because it keeps my mind busy, while still keeping it focused. When I try listening to outside noises,or even focusing my attention on one single thing,my mind tends to wonder about what I want to accomplish that day.I have tried many things to still my mind, and at this point visualizing numbers works for me.What are some ways you all use to still your minds.
Hail Satan!

Hey Brian,

To still my mind I focus on my breath...I observe the length of each breath. Doing this really brings my mind into the 'zone' of stillness and deeper focus.

Having said that, my daily schedule has been out of whack so to speak and I haven't been able to keep up with my regular practice (power meditations, daily yoga etc. etc.), but getting back into the swing of things tomorrow.

What's up, bro? I totally feel ya about the "breakfast meditation" lol. My problem with the physical yoga, is that I haven't found a way that works for me, yet. I can't seem to bend my back side-to-side, or forward or backward, w/o severe repercussions the next morning. I had just started up physical therapy again and made an agreement to bring my laptop w/ me to go over what I can & can't do at home. As far as silenceing my mind, durring a discussion w/ one of our sisters, the topic of the guided meditations cd's, unfortunately I had to wait for hind-site to teach her about the counting. I seem to have two layers of thought: there are my immediate thoughts on the surface, and a much faster layer underneath. That is the one I've always had a problem with. At times, I'll catch myself in the 90's before I realize I'm even counting! LMAO! Sounds like a mild form of O.C.D. (No offence to any with such an issue)
I have found a personal desire to increase meditations, and on that topic, I know I've asked numerous times, however my laptop is on its way out, and while trying to up-grade my phone, the comp erased all my book-marks; so if anyone would be willing to again post the link from the news letter on words of power, I'd be very great full. My next goal is purchasing the pronunciation of the runes. Everyone have a good one!

Hi Brian, I recently read Astaroth's 8 Fold Path (http://www.angelfire.com/empire/serpent ... SHTAR.html), and number 5 is "Yantras - meditation upon Sigils and certain symbols [used along with vibration of mantra for maximum effectiveness]". So I have begun meditating on one of Father Satan's sigil, while vibrating "EA" (his other name). I find that it helps immensely, and I am immediately calm and focused.

I have a neck injury so there's no way I'll even try any of the inverted poses. By the same token, spinal flexibility is very important, so I always include those. Like Brian said, we do what we can do. That doesn't include the impossible. With Yoga, EFFORT shouldn't be confused with FORCING or STRAINING, neither of which is helpful.

<td val[/IMG]I was told I have two disks in my neck that are ruptured also, from an accident at work.I was loading furniture onto a pallet, the man I was working with dropped his end of a dresser, and instinctively I tried to save it from destruction.Very dumb move. The problem I have with Hatha is flexibility, because of an aged body, but I do the best I can.

I have some advice for your neck injury and anything else that might be giving you problems with your body. When I do my chakra spinning opening exercises with each chakra I say "AS I am spinning this chakra it is healing all the body parts and internal organs that this chakra rules." Some one taught me that a few months ago and a physical problem I had for 15 years is now gone.

That's an excellent idea, the thing I've just "thought" of and been utilising is absorbing the suns energy and "programming" it into my aura to increase my bio-electric level and I must say my physical capabilities have increased quit substantially. I've impressed my toughest critic, the only person I need to, myself. The thoughts egging me on don't quit seem to be mine, though.
Anyway, I should probably do that after using the mantra that spins and releases energy from the chakras, at the same time praises Father as our creator, I would think. Its already releasing energy. There is a specific chakra that I want to use with everything I have, perhaps one of the runes? I'm not too familiar with them, and as far as pronunciation, I need to wait a few weeks before ordering the CD. If anyone wouldn't terribly mind, I need the address for the newsletter of "words of power". I have a lot of problems finding it. I memorised the one I mentioned, but desperately need the "removing problems" mantra. Hope to learn more on chakra healing.

HAIL SATAN!!!
