So on the JoS site when looking at the EZ chakra spinning meditation you can see a 2D drawing of the heart chakra but I still can't figure out what it would look like in 3D so I just keep visualizing it in 2D for the meditation. Is that ok? Once I was told that it looks like 2 cones inside of each other but if it does then there is no way it could look like the drawing on JoS in 2D. Help?

well it would look like a triangle or two triangles facing each other in 2d. in 3d, they would look like pyramids but spinning so their image become like cones facing each other.click this link for better 3d imagery:
