Starting out with Zevism...

Obviously do the dedication ritual first. I reccomend doing it on April 30th Baltaine after 7:40. It's the closest Zevist holiday.

After that just start doing begginners meditations and go slow with it until your use to it. After you do the dedication ritual what you do is intirely up to you. Just keep your commitment and keep working in Zevism and you'll be fine.

when breathing in energy like in the foundation meditation or for wichcraft try feeling your aura or soul

the foundation meditation is great for giving you energy and waking you up

and when your opening you third eye make sure you open your crown chakra or else you never be ably to fully see auras
