Since I study in the field of science, my whole life is science. It is difficult for me to believe in everything that is written here, I would like to ask how to believe it or prove the reality of meditations. Where do you recommend starting? Can they harm my family or me if I meditate?

No.
It is difficult for me to believe in everything that is written here, I would like to ask how to believe it or prove the reality of meditations
Science currently is not so developed because all of the dogmas holding it back.
Humans have an electromagnetic field, we function on bio electricity, our body and how it functions cannot really be explained physically at all.
Just like a processor has wires and logic gates in it, it doesn't worth anything without a power source and software that can do something with it, in the same way, our brain is useless without our soul. We will NEVER find a physical source of consciousness.
Energy animates the world, this is what makes things move. We believe that the world of energies can be manipulated trough our soul, hence our soul is energy. By manipulating this energetic world, we manipulate what manifests.
We can strengthen our soul by breathing more energy into it from our environment, or we can change the kind of energies within ourselves, and we can eliminate energies that are not doing good for us.
There is a lot to this, this is spirituality in a nutshell, although as an Zevism, the physical world is just as important to us as the spiritual.

At my own begging before I did the ritual and decided to fully dedicate myself to the God's I have been studying the entire site and forum for about 2-3 years, but that's not a MUST or anything like that, I just recommend you to read more before you truly understand what Zevism means and Who the God's truly are.
