I happen to notice this meditation is missing the pictorial guide when before it had it, and I happen to do this meditation everyday and found that the pictures for the display to the meditation stances are missing, naturally Jews are all over this.

How did you find your guardian demon?

this is interesting. Long before i became dedicated I met a mason that showed me the Merkaba. I have never done the meditation by chanting just focusing on energy, my Merkaba, and my aura. I dont like ending my meditations after i feel the spinning energy and the bright light.

I'd like to know how to pronounce visarga, could you explain it through words while you make the video? 
I haven't done it recently but I get a very psychedelic-like feeling, I'm not sure if it's some kind of placebo but it makes me feel a little detached like if I got high or something.
