I noticed whenever you stand during breathing exercises the energy rushes to your head much faster than when you do sitting. When standing too, I also occasionally during the exercise while holding see everything turn purple and occasionally fall.
But when I do it sitting, the amount of times my vision turns purple or any loss of control of my legs and body hardly happens. I also feel 'less' energy than I do standing.
I don't like falling but I don't like feeling less energy.Does standing up during the exercise really make more energy than sitting?I don't really understand why it feels wayy different sitting than standing.
