Spiritual warfare training program.

I was through my second month of spiritual warfare training.I missed
one day of opening my hand chakra meditation , do I have to star the
spiritual warfare training all over again or continue at this point?
that day i though i suppose to do a energy meditation and i was wrong
, i suppose to keep working on hand chakra. I a bit worried so if i
have to start all over again , could any of you guys help me out hear.

No you don't have to start it all over again. Just continue from that
point. People have days when their ill, or they have company etc. You
are not being trained, so much as you are training yourself. The
schedule in the Spiritual Warfare Training Program is designed over six
month period, lots can take place in six months. A day here or there
will get missed.
