Hi guys

I've recently started my meditation again after some problems I faced, now I want to start from scratch with with this program, the images for visualization exercise are not on the main page, does anyone have them for me please? * I am dedicated already.

<ol>training program.pdf</ol>Well, the six-month training program Maxine wrote has many sections with exercises that help you train visualization and concentration as well. I have attached it herewith. Maybe you'd like to check it out. On the subject, she explains how to enter into trance, which is important for concentration and visualization, at least that is my experience. 
You could read it through and practice, maybe you could go over the entire training and do the six-months. It is a great program.
