Spiritual Warfare Traiining program and ? or Powermeditation?

Hi, I now feel ready to start training my spirit. But I have a question first. I want to do the spiritual warfare training program. But if I do that should I still do powermeditation or is that included in that program?
And I wonder 1 more thing, do I have a guardian demon now since I just did the ritual? (last sunday on the big sun-ritual day)

You can start the warfare program. The exercises for it are so fast they take just a few minutes so of course you can power meditate as well, in fact i recommend it. This way you come of the 6months a strong and skilled warrior!

Which ritual did you do? the group ritual or the dedication ritual? The dedication ritual is the initiation into Zevism and this is where your assigned a guardian. Your guardian will come to you when the time is right but you can try to find out the name with a pedulum or ouija board.

Okay, then I will do both. Or try at least. When I read about the powermeditation I didn't quite understand how to do. But I will try it. I did the dedication on sunday.

When I'll try to find my guardians name using a ouija board, do I just ask what the name is and it will spell it?
