Somehow make time for Meditation for your own sake. If you can only meditate for 10 minutes a day, or even 5 minutes, that's okay, the drops will collect on the paradigm of progress and eventually reach the top of the glass.
The first thing you can do is not to stress unnecessarily. Identify the problem and find a starting point for a solution. Even a lifestyle change could be an option. If you need money, you can start working on a money spell to increase your wealth. In situations like this, help yourself first, because only then can you help others to reach their full potential. You can also make time for daily meditation, even if it's just 5-10 minutes.
Family problems often hinder Spiritual development and have a strong impact on daily life. Try to put your home in order and do not let your children get into trouble. With your mother, you can try to talk to her calmly and find common ground.
Malfunctioning of the Root Chakra will eventually lead to depression and Spiritual exhaustion, but so will the Crown Chakra, and malfunctioning of the other Chakras can trigger similar complaints. Strengthen each of your Chakras every day, do power Meditations, Yoga, let go of unnecessary emotions.
Daily Void Meditations to bring your mind fully under control, to be able to act immediately in tense situations and to stay calm. 5-10 minutes of meditation on the Seal of Satan can work wonders, or even inhaling Blue or White-Gold energy. I also recommend balancing the Elements - you know yourself, so you need to know what elements you need. Usually 1 for sure, but you may need two, or worse three, because only one element is very dominant. Although this is rarer, it is not unthinkable.
I would recommend the Fire element to be more confident and powerful, or even the Air element to be a bit more social. Also, daily AoP and Chakra Cleansing is paramount to cleanse yourself of all the negative and destructive energy you have accumulated.
I also recommend breathing exercises to balance the mind - Bhastrika or Fire Breathing. 2-3 minutes a day of either can work wonders.
There are plenty of options to choose from. The worst thing you can do is fall into depression or self-loathing. This will not get you anywhere - I can tell you from experience. If you are in a bad situation, ask our Father for help and as soon as you get it, use it and do the best you can. I trust you.
I know it's hard sometimes. You must not panic, you must not collapse. Set an example, stay strong and keep trying. You will not fail. Remember - the beginning of everything is the hardest. If you persevere through the beginning, it will get easier from there.
