Yes this works, but it is not a "jupiter square" in this case, by definition. You would just be doing a working with jupiter energies, where you vibrate its planetary mantra for the same amount of vibrations every day.
Also, vibrating this planetary mantra properly for 108 times would take over two full hours of non-stop vibrating. You will be much better off if you take a lower amount of vibrations instead. Rushing through vibrations just to "get a high number" in terms of reps, is not a smart idea. Vibrations need to be done thoroughly, putting emphasis on every single letter in the mantra(s) you use.

Yes, you can do it that way if you can handle the energy but instead of 108, use 136 which is the total number for the Jupitet square.
