Soybean milk and Soy Chunks

Greetings all,
How healthy is consuming soy chunks??? I really can't trust the Google engine that's why I had to ask you all. Animal milk has more nutrient or soy milk?

It is healthy and rich in protein.
There are speculations that it increases estrogen in body and the recommended quantity for men should not be more than 150-200 grams a day.
I have seen people consume more and many I know who have been consuming it for years without any problems
 
Animal milk is superior.
100%. Animal milk - from a healthy animal eating its correct diet - gives strength, robustness and vitality.

Soya will not do this, and many believe it will do the opposite as it's fundamentally a shit food.

If nothing else, its interesting to see how a food consumed across every culture for millennia: raw milk is vilified and increasingly regulated - where soy products are pushed to the moon.

My personal stance is I do not eat soya foods of any kind, whilst raw milk is a daily staple.
 
Soy proteins are an endochrine disruptor. They harm our hormonal system. The well known example of this is that some components of soy are so very similar in structure to estrogen that they are able to bind to estrogen receptors, and as far as our bodies are aware, they are estrogen and they do all of the things that estrogen does. This will be more harmful for men being flooded with basically synthetic estrogen, but I think it would be also harmful to women. Maybe their bodies will start making less real estrogen if they think it is already there, and all of these kinds of problems.

I am allergic to soy, I say luckily or else I would have been fed soy product milk replacement as a baby if I did not have the allergic reaction. Imagine how fucked up our civilization is and how harmful to our children, that infant babies are commonly fed actual poisonous and toxic things instead of milk. But this allergy or sensitivity allows me to feel specifically what components of soy are causing these problems, and it is mostly the soy proteins that are dangerous.

The soy lecithin that is used as an emulsifier in many foods does not seem to be very bad, at least in small amounts. I never noticed a problem from that. And soy sauce is fine because the way that it is fermented, all of the proteins are broken down into just amino acids and there is no actual soy protein remaining. But soy "milk" or tofu are actually directly poisonous against our hormonal structure.

I believe that soy is promoted so much specifically and purposefully as a biological weapon against our people to keep us weak, and with low testosterone. It is a way to basically paralyze and weaken large percentages of entire populations so we will be mentally and physically unable to fight back or defend ourselves if we have to. Look at Japan which used to be some of the bravest and strongest warriors, and look at them now with a diet with large amounts of soy.
 
Soy does have a lot of protein, but also a lot of poisonous endocrine disruptors that kill people's testosterone and make them very weak.

Milk also has a lot of protein in a form that is very healthy and easy to digest. It also has healthy fats which we require in some amount, and a lot of calcium. Some animal fat is necessary for our brain and our nerves, and other things. Just find a milk that is from some healthy cows, like one that is grass fed and no antibiotics. Most protein powders are made from milk as powdered concentrated milk protein, and it is even popular for weight lifters and other strong people to drink chocolate milk. It is good for our muscles and our bones, and the combination of protein and fat provides good energy.

It is even healthier to have something like kefir that is fermented in a similar way to yogurt. Kefir basically tastes like a milk shake, but it has very high amounts of probiotics that are very healthy for our immune systems and our intestines.
 
Eat healthy eggs from healthy chickens. Drink chocolate milk from healthy cows. Drink kefir. And you will be very strong and healthy. This is how many europeans have been doing for centuries.

If you are lactose intolerant, you can get a filtered milk product like Fairlife. It is filtered to remove the lactose, and increase the amount of protein.
