Soy beans

So I've heard that soy beans are bad for men because they lower the male hormone testosterone, but I wanted to ask if a woman consumes soy beans while her body actively produces the male hormone testosterone in her (like PCOS for example does), would consuming soy beans lower that and in turn help her manage and or potentially heal PCOS or excess male hormone?

Anything soy does not have natural estrogen that women produce as a hormone. Same with soy milk, it is a isoflavone and it is not estrogen itself that you find in women. While it is structured similarly like estrogen, it can have adverse effects to the body, such as binding to the estrogen receptors and messing up the whole hormone balance. Instead of producing more (as most believe) it instead does the exact opposite and reduces the natural estrogen and replaces it with isoflavones. Soy products have been used to reduce menopause effects due to this reason.

I believe that soy is basically poisonous to all or almost all people as a severe hormone system disruptor. Soy sauce is different because the way it is fermented, there is nothing left of the original chemicals that cause those problems. There is a reason why globalists who control the growing and trading of the entire world's crops subsidize soy to be by far the largest focus.
