Sound of telepathic message

I had an experience a couple of days ago, and have done alot of energy-meditation lately and i was i a deeply relaxed state of mind, when it was like an "metallic/radio"-sound coming from my side, what just seemed like the middle of a word, very short. Do you know if this is any normal with telepathy? I mean the sound of the message? It has happened a couple of times before too if I remember correctly.

This is a good sign that your astral hearing is opening up more. Often when I still my mind and focus myself, I get random noises from the astral, or random words popping into my head out of nowhere. This is usually just 'white noise' so to speak. This is where void meditation can be useful.

I hear stuff too sometimes, random songs or voices. I hear things way more than I see them. I think I'm more audio based than visually.
