Hi Brothers & Sisters,
I was hoping someone with more experience could share their thoughts on what I may be doing wrong in my sound meditations. I'm not very good at clairvoyance or clairaudience meditations, and as sound meditation is an extension of that, I'm not suprised I'm struggling with it. I understand I'm supposed to "see" the sound in shapes & colors, but I always immediately see scenes like a snowy field thick with the smell of pine & chimney smoke of a distant house (slow classical) or a steel mill with it's intense heat & gritty aroma (electronic). I think I'm overcomplicating way, WAY more than I need to, but it's a natural implication. Any thought or advice on how I can follow the guideline more closely?
