I do energy meditation and directing energy but nothing.

Is opening chakras meditation important?

Like chant "INANNA", and i can become more good-looking?

If you don't open your chakras, you won't feel any effect. The most important thing you do in meditation is OPEN your chakras and then EMPOWER them. That is one of the key points.
 
Blessing your astral temple is important, and you can do the ritual in your astral temple to have it blessed.
 
The rituals in the Necronomicon aren't accurate. The words of power are what you need.  You can do any ritual in your astral temple.
 
Chant and vibrate are the same thing.
 
Biokinesis will change your looks, not necessarily chanting a God a name. However, people may be more attracted to you because off the energy your aura will put off after empowering it with the God's
name or rune.
