I will post my monthly/weekly shopping list + cooking, preparation advise. This way you can have a general idea about healthy shopping from which you can develop your own list based on your needs and fitness goals. I will also be giving the diet my MMA coach gave me for cutting weight (which I won't recommend you do unless your overweight or need to be a certain weight for a sporting event.)
