Sometimes I get a headache with sun/moon breathing exercise

<td val[/IMG]Lately I've noticed I started getting headaches with sun moon breathing exercise. My inhale exhale ratio is 2:8:4 and I do 6 rounds. I'm able to do it with ease and I don't push my self, any ideas why this happens?

 Wow, no responses at all? (I thought someone might have responded to this one already)
Well, many things could be the problem, such as your third eye reacting in some way (it's lunar energy after all... just sayin' I'm taking guesses here )Or maybe the moon was void and was affecting your meditations, or some other meditations that you did were 'too much' in your system... Many many things could be the cause.I suggest you writing (if you're not doing it already) in a notebook of all the meditations you do every day and your experiences with them (if there's anything remarkable). Then you'll be able to notice what it was that is/was at fault.Sorry for responding so late by the way... Sometimes the messages become too many and I'm like "nay, I'll leave it for later" "for later" "for later" and then BAM 250 messages hahah..... ^^'

i have allways have dreams of sweaming,playing and having fun in a river,last week i was told by my girl friend that she is pregnant and few days after i had a dream of me and the child who happens to be a male chile,playing in a river,it was fun.
please some body tell me what this water stuff means.thanks.
