When you work on all three areas the Mind, Body and Soul. You get the best results. You have to read and work your brain. This actually empowers your Soul and Your Body. You have to empower your soul. This opens parts of your brain and makes you smarter as well as empowers your body. That is how we become Immortal and in perfect health.

A good one also is the body. By working out the body you are making your mind stronger and your Soul as well. How much energy you can control has alot to do with how much in shape you are.

Not too mention when you work out and you get in shape. You feel good about yourself and its nice to have a strong body as well.

Now there is a ton of information out there on how to work out. There are differnt ways to work out. Do you want to be cut? Do you want alot of bulk? Do you want strength training?

My personal opinion is this. I like to go for cut strength muscle. With bulk it is very hard to keep and you gain alot of fat. I never really felt in shape with a bunch of bulk. When you get bulk you are basically pumping up a muscle with blood. The blood goes down and the muscle shrinks back down but not as far.

With Strength muscle you are recruiting more muscle fibers. As a side note you can not have alot of bulk and cut. Not unless ofcourse you take Steroids. Which will destroy your body. All those body builders in the magazines and all that, you will never look like that unless you take the juice.

What I suggest is to search out the people that know what they are talking about. They is a very sophisticated science to working out. Thats what I did I sought out the professionals.

I have been trained by three such professionals. One that is a major body builder, has been mister olympia and trained with Arnold and Jesse Ventura. Another that was a nutritionist and was big on russian strength training. (Kettle Bells). Then another who simply worked at a gym, went to school for it ect.

Though these people I have learned a library worth of information on working out. There is a whole lot to it. Form must be perfect, what exercises you do, how you do them and how slowly you do them ect.

Now reading books can come in as well. There is also youtube. Tons of information on it.

I Currently Do Yoga,I Fix my blockages with it,Amplified Energy, I get More Beautiful,Handsome plus My Body Gets More Stronger and Nicely Built. :).

Are we satanists encouraged to do all these exercises?
I personally thought we should do sport like - Running, swimming, bikes, yoga, etc.. but are we encouraged to gain weight, get in shape- all that? I hate that kind of sport.. lol

The fastest and quickest way to get physically fit, is to do interval training. Bascially, what is very beneficial is when you workout and go faster for a shorter period of time. But, now we have insanity. Make up your own routine, you do not jave to buy that crap, but it is a great workout. The workout should last less then 15 min. That is the time set, any longer and you progress is going to be slower too come forth. When i do this, i pick 5 workout. Poly- metrics stuff. Clapping push-up, to burpees, and other stuff. I go in order:

-jumping jacks( light)
-knee ups( left knee up, than right)
-clapping push-ups, or other harder variations with a burst
-mountain climbers (fast)
-burpees(fast)

You do these in order, 30 sec each, than you rest for 30sec. Than you repeat. Try doing this 3-4 times, 30 secs in each move. Also , you have to workout fast. Get your heart pupping, and do not be lazy. Your should be done with three sets in less than 15 min, less than that. After two weeks, increase the difficulty, raise the time, or do harder or different moves. If you wanna get in shape, plans like these is a must and they are the best. DOing this twice a day will give you results in weeks. It also gives an after burn and raise your metabolism up high. Strange thing About Yoga is,I get More Stronger and more Muscular when i do it,I also Heard that Yoga at first was for Men,warriors,Women were Forbidden to do Yoga at Certain Period of time,But When seeing Yoga one gets more Powerful Mentally,Physically,in many many aspects.I have experience with Body Building,I have Hand Wrestled with an Body Builder but He had trouble Beating me,I ussually Prevail.Yoga it has much more into it,It Only Requires once devotion and Dedication on the Routine. Yoga is Great. I used to Underestimate Yoga..But i've experienced the Changes :) Its Great. 
 
Correction Ones Devotion and Dedication Really Makes up the Difference. Oh and BTW the Hand Clasping Together like in Xtian Prayer is not BAD,It acts to balance the Energies-.It was on Lydias Yoga Website.
 
Ideally one should get in physical shape aside from advancing spiritually for obvious reasons.
That's what this religion is about-self empowerment.
In time, due to the meditations effecting the way you think/perceive things, you'll find that you want to get in shape.
Well atleast they did this for me, not Saying I wasn't in shape already lol I mean Father Satan even said it- "The meaning of life is to better yourself and the universe".

What workout do you recommend for a skinny guy?
I'm turning 18 this January, and my weight is 55 kilograms.

I suggest you and all who want to do strength training look up the program called Stonglifts 5x5. It seems unconventional and the info is very different(true) to all the info(bullshit) widely available.
Get the free report and read the whole thing, you'll see.

Stronglifts.com and fill in the thing on the top left for the report.
 
same thing, because this workout builds muscles and lose fat. since you are skinny, if you are, then you are just going to increase in muscles size, depending on how you train. and since these are repeated fast movements, you are going to increase your muscle tone.

Well see things like sports and wrestling. Like just wrestling with your pals. Actually builds way more muscle. It builds real strength too. Imagine just grabbing each other and swaying a bit, not using so much strength as to throw the other down. You both try to stay on your feet. The swaying motion builds every muscle in the body.

See working out is done in one plain. There was a lady who could power lift like 500 pounds. She had a stack of papers and she turned to quickly to the left and slipped a disk. Her carrer and what not was over. She healed but enough to ever do that much weight again.

Had she of worked out her sides by turning in that motion, this would not have happened. This is what is so dangerous about regular working out in a gym. Plus much much more. This is why I said to either find someone who knows what they are talking about or learn from books.

You have to work out in all all differnt plains. You body can twist and turn and move in many differnt plains. So the wrestling works out everything and builds true strength. I have been around so called body builders and they are strong to a degree. However, take someone that is not even half their size that works out for strength and that person is 50 times stronger then they.

A guy came in my gym once. We had a room for sparing. This guy had done steroids for a number of years. He was huge. He was sparing this little guy, that was all over him. He barely hit this guy in the ribs, with gloves on. Just a little hit. It broke like three of the guys ribs. Steroids are for the body like mind altering drug for the spiritual. A bad idea. lol


Yes I agree that sports and what not is an excelent way. I do power of ten stuff mostly. Body workouts are best. I dont like gym pumping up muscle. However, to each their own.

Something that has worked wonders for me. I kid you not I gained 20 pounds of muscle from it in a month. I was so freakin shocked.

Is the five tibetans. I do not do the first one as it makes me dizzy and is annoyying. However, I do the other four along with some push ups, going down with a count of ten and up with a count of ten. You dont need to do that many like that. Or russian sit ups. Cross your arms across your chest. Go straight up like a board. Do not arch your back. Start out with ten. Then later start going up for a count of ten and down for a count of ten.

The russians do like 10 push ups and ten sit ups like that. Thats it. Thats their elite too. They believe to really hit the muscle, not just a bunch of reps. Thats why they are chiseled out of stone. They move slowly and focus all their concentration on flexing the muscle. They recruit more muscle fibers. They do not get all big and bulky, however they do get some size, but they are ripped like a mofo.

With Strength muscle you are recruiting more muscle fibers. As a side note you can not have alot of bulk and cut. Not unless ofcourse you take Steroids. Which will destroy your body. All those body builders in the magazines and all that, you will never look like that unless you take the juice.

What I suggest is to search out the people that know what they are talking about. They is a very sophisticated science to working out. Thats what I did I sought out the professionals.

I have been trained by three such professionals. One that is a major body builder, has been mister olympia and trained with Arnold and Jesse Ventura. Another that was a nutritionist and was big on russian strength training. (Kettle Bells). Then another who simply worked at a gym, went to school for it ect.

Though these people I have learned a library worth of information on working out. There is a whole lot to it. Form must be perfect, what exercises you do, how you do them and how slowly you do them ect.

Now reading books can come in as well. There is also youtube. Tons of information on it.

I gained a considerable amount of strength and size from plyometrics and kundalini yoga. Not to mention its all functional strength, which was just described in the previous post. Also it boosts your vibration and spiritual power, plus your mind is stronger. To be strong like Conan or a old world warrior, you should carry large amounts of weights, and do combat oriented movements. For instance, flipping large tires, dragging a sled or other objects. Swinging a hammer and striking a target also helps with coordination and accuracy. Weighted vest and ruck sacs are good to go long distances. This all builds funtional muscle and tends to build what is called type 3 lean hybrid muscles. This comes from cardio mixed in with strengthening exersices, for example a burpee or plyometrics. Had she of worked out her sides by turning in that motion, this would not have happened. This is what is so dangerous about regular working out in a gym. Plus much much more. This is why I said to either find someone who knows what they are talking about or learn from books.

I have been around so called body builders and they are strong to a degree. However, take someone that is not even half their size that works out for strength and that person is 50 times stronger then they.

A guy came in my gym once. We had a room for sparing. This guy had done steroids for a number of years. He was huge. He was sparing this little guy, that was all over him. He barely hit this guy in the ribs, with gloves on. Just a little hit. It broke like three of the guys ribs. Steroids are for the body like mind altering drug for the spiritual. A bad idea. lol

Yes I agree that sports and what not is an excelent way. I do power of ten stuff mostly. Body workouts are best. I dont like gym pumping up muscle. However, to each their own.

Something that has worked wonders for me. I kid you not I gained 20 pounds of muscle from it in a month. I was so freakin shocked.

Is the five tibetans. I do not do the first one as it makes me dizzy and is annoyying. However, I do the other four along with some push ups, going down with a count of ten and up with a count of ten. You dont need to do that many like that. Or russian sit ups. Cross your arms across your chest. Go straight up like a board. Do not arch your back. Start out with ten. Then later start going up for a count of ten and down for a count of ten.

The russians do like 10 push ups and ten sit ups like that. Thats it. Thats their elite too. They believe to really hit the muscle, not just a bunch of reps. Thats why they are chiseled out of stone. They move slowly and focus all their concentration on flexing the muscle. They recruit more muscle fibers. They do not get all big and bulky, however they do get some size, but they are ripped like a mofo.

This greatly tones up your muscles. Arms, sholders, back, legs, thighs, hips, calves, wrist, and this is great, real great if you are looking for that perfect six-pack. Try for yourselves.

The problem is, I have always hated physical effort. Maybe it's because I get tired very quickly - even back during school times, I could do maybe 1/10th of what others were doing. Maybe it was just a lack of trim but I was never able to improve it, no matter what I did.
The same is basically happening now, with Yoga - instead of builing up, being able to do more reps/harder exercises, I find it hard to even keep the starting level. And all that after few months of everyday practice.

Damn, the exact same effect is with meditation... I actually find some things to be harder now than when I was starting.

I wish I knew wtf is wrong with me...

The only thing wrong, is that you think there is something wrong with you. With anything worth having, it tends to take effort and heart. I could workout everyday, but if I didnt believe in myself I wouldnt get very far. You have to stay motivated and drive on, if you have a set back, just brush it off and keep going. Yes you are right my friend, I am glad to have my brother, he has nothing to do with spirituality nor Satanism, but he is very informed about nutritions, working out, etc. He made me a workout program, after following it for two months, results were incredible. But you need will and money for it, as you must be careful about what you eat.

20 pounds of muscle in a month isn't even possible with steroids, not for a beginner, not for an advanced user, or for someone with fantastic genetics.

With Strength muscle you are recruiting more muscle fibers. As a side note you can not have alot of bulk and cut. Not unless ofcourse you take Steroids. Which will destroy your body. All those body builders in the magazines and all that, you will never look like that unless you take the juice.

What I suggest is to search out the people that know what they are talking about. They is a very sophisticated science to working out. Thats what I did I sought out the professionals.

I have been trained by three such professionals. One that is a major body builder, has been mister olympia and trained with Arnold and Jesse Ventura. Another that was a nutritionist and was big on russian strength training. (Kettle Bells). Then another who simply worked at a gym, went to school for it ect.

Though these people I have learned a library worth of information on working out. There is a whole lot to it. Form must be perfect, what exercises you do, how you do them and how slowly you do them ect.

Now reading books can come in as well. There is also youtube. Tons of information on it.
